Grilled Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- Ground coriander 1 bunch
- Pineapple ½ pieces
- Vegetable Oil ¼ glasses
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Lime Juice ¼ glasses
- Mild Chili Spice 2 pieces
- Salt ½ spoons
- Coarse Salt 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Preheat a grill-proof skillet over medium heat, lightly greased with oil.
Step 2
Peel the pineapple and cut it into round slices about 1.5 cm thick, removing the cores. Brush both sides with vegetable oil and grill for five to six minutes on each side. Let cool to room temperature. Cut into 3 cm cubes and mix in a bowl with chopped red onion, finely chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced chili, and salt. Stir well.
