  • Donut Peaches 4 pieces
  • Spanish onions ½ head
  • Chipotle Pepper Paste 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar essence ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill.

Step 2

Cut the peaches into quarters and remove the pit. Cut half of the onion in half.

Step 3

Transfer the peaches and onion to a bowl, drizzle with oil, and mix well.

Step 4

Place the peaches and onion on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, until the skin of the peaches is slightly charred, turning occasionally. Let cool.

Step 5

Peel the skin off the peaches.

Step 6

Dice the peaches and onion into small cubes and transfer to a bowl. Add finely chopped chipotle peppers, vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
