- Smoked haddock fillet 25 oz
- Olive Oil ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove 0.3 teaspoons

Preheat the grill.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, salt, garlic, ginger, black pepper, coriander, and allspice. Brush the piece of fish with olive oil and generously rub with the spice mixture. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for 15 minutes.
