Ingredients
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Garlic 1 head
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Rosemary ½ teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms.
Step 2
Chop the garlic, parsley, oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary in a blender or finely chop them.
Step 3
Mix the mushrooms with the resulting mixture and let them marinate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Skewer the mushrooms on skewers and grill until cooked.
Step 5
For pan-frying, marinate the mushrooms chopped and fry until cooked.
