- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Truffle Oil to taste
- Arugula 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Place the arugula leaves on a plate.

Brush the mushrooms with canola oil, season with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook until tender and golden brown. Transfer to the plate with arugula.
