Ingredients
- Champignons 10 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Light the coals.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms and separate the stems from the caps.
Step 3
Finely chop the legs.
Step 4
Grate the Parmesan cheese using a fine grater.
Step 5
Chop the parsley and garlic.
Step 6
Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, and chopped mushrooms. Add pepper to taste; no salt is needed.
Step 7
Stuff the caps of the mushrooms with the cheese mixture.
Step 8
Wrap the stuffed mushroom in a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Repeat the same process with the remaining mushrooms.
Step 9
Grill the mushrooms until the cheese melts. To speed up the cooking process, you can loosely cover them with foil.
Step 10
Serve the mushrooms with bacon hot.
