- Garlic 3 cloves
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Olives stuffed with lemon ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
- Oyster Mushrooms 20 oz
- Aspen mushrooms 10 oz

Preheat the grill.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, a handful of finely chopped parsley leaves, olive oil, and salt.
Step 3
Clean the mushrooms by removing the stems and place them on the grill, cap side down. Grill, continuously brushing with the prepared oil mixture, for about 5-10 minutes, depending on size, until cooked.
