- Habanero Pepper 5 lbs
- Coarse Salt to taste

Preheat the grill in the oven.
Step 2
Place the peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Season with salt and place under the grill for 15–18 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

Peel off the skin and seeds, and serve.
