Ingredients
- Corn Cobs 4 pieces
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Lime 1 piece
- Feta cheese ¾ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Soak the corn in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain and dry well. Place on the grill and cook on all sides for about 10 minutes. Remove the husks and grill for another 10 minutes until charred stripes appear.
Step 3
While the corn is grilling, mix the mayonnaise and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Crumble the feta cheese.
Step 4
Spread the mayonnaise on the hot corn cobs and sprinkle with feta.
Step 5
Place on a plate and serve with lime wedges.
