Grilled Feta with Olives and Red Peppers

- Dried Rosemary ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Canned Peaches ¼ cup
- Pitted olives ¼ cup
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste

Step 1
Preheat the grill in the oven.
Step 2
Slice the cheese into thin pieces and arrange them in 4 heatproof dishes or layer them in one medium dish. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the finely chopped peppers, finely chopped olives, and olive oil. Drizzle the mixture over the cheese.
Step 4
Place the dishes under the grill for about 5 minutes, until a golden crust forms. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
