  • Duck Breast 1 piece
  • Dried Apricots 5 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese 0 oz
  • Seedless Green Grapes 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the grill. Rub the duck breast with salt and brush with olive oil. Place on the grill and cook until done and golden brown. Let cool and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Cut the cheese into cubes the same size as the duck cubes.

Step 3

On wooden skewers, alternate threading the meat, grapes, cheese, and dried apricots.
