Ingredients
- Cilantro 1 cup
- Butter 5 oz
- Grated Lemon Zest 1 teaspoon
- Lime Juice 2 teaspoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Baby Corn 12 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine softened butter, cilantro leaves, lime juice, lime zest, and 0.5 teaspoons of salt. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Preheat the grill.
Step 3
Brush the peeled corn ears with the prepared butter and lightly salt. Place on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Occasionally brush the corn with the butter.
Step 4
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve.
