Grilled Corn in Spicy Butter
Ingredients
- Corn Cobs 6 pieces
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Mild Chili Spice ½ teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Sugar ¼ teaspoon
- Coarse Salt ½ teaspoon
- Chopped Green Onions 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the grill. Remove the silk and husks from the corn. Rinse the corn and dry it with a towel. Wrap it back in the husks.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, chili powder, cayenne pepper, sugar, salt, and chopped cilantro.
Step 3
Brush the grill grate with vegetable oil and place the corn on the cob on it. Grill, turning occasionally, for 20 minutes. Remove the husks and brush the corn with the spicy butter. Serve hot.
