- Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the peppers and cut them into long strips. Place them in a bowl.

Preheat the grill and lightly brush it with vegetable oil.

Add thinly sliced onion, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the peppers. Gently mix everything and place it on the grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
