Description
The onions should be large. You can also use cocktail onions. Cut them in half and wrap them in foil like candies.
Ingredients
- Spanish onions 3 heads
- Brown Sugar to taste
- Bouillon cube 5 pieces

Preheat the grill.
Step 2
Cut the onions into chunks, but not into rings. Place each chunk on a small piece of foil and add 1 teaspoon of sugar and sprinkle with bouillon cube. Wrap the foil.
Step 3
Place on the grill and cook for 20-30 minutes, until the foil puffs up and the onions caramelize.
