- Orange Bell Peppers 5 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves ½ bunch
- Halloumi Cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons

Soak wooden skewers in hot water for an hour.
Step 2
Remove seeds from the peppers, cut them into large wedges, and brush with olive oil. Cut the halloumi cheese into large cubes.
Step 3
Thread the peppers and halloumi cheese onto the wooden skewers, alternating with basil leaves. Grill for 5-7 minutes.
