
Grilled Asparagus

This asparagus is best enjoyed with your hands.
Ingredients
- Asparagus 15 oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim the bottom ends of the asparagus with a knife or snap them off by gently bending the asparagus until it breaks (this makes the asparagus more tender).
Step 2
Place the asparagus in a plastic bag and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well, sprinkle with salt, and mix again. Leave in the bag until ready to cook.
Step 3
Preheat the grill and lay the asparagus crosswise to prevent it from rolling. Grill for about 10-15 minutes depending on the size. Turn occasionally. The asparagus should be slightly browned at the tips.
Step 4
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
