Ingredients
- Habanero Pepper 4 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root 1 piece
- Apple Cider Vinegar ¼ cup
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors 20 oz
- Sugar 3 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the tomatoes (dip in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and remove the skin).
Step 2
In a processor, blend the chopped jalapeño peppers, herbs, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger, vinegar, and soy sauce. Process until smooth.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and add the finely chopped tomatoes and sugar.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 45 minutes until the jam thickens.
