  • Pistachios ¼ cup
  • Snap Peas 10 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Black sesame seeds ¼ teaspoon
  • Mint Leaves 10 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the peas well and trim the ends.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the peas, minced garlic, and nuts. Stir well and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring. Do not overcook the peas, or they will become very soft; they should remain slightly crunchy.

Step 3

Remove from heat and add the sesame oil and chopped mint. Serve immediately.
