- Shallot 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Green Peas 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and add finely chopped pancetta and shallots. Sauté until golden brown for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
Add finely chopped garlic and sauté for another minute.
Step 3
Add the peas and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in the parsley, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
