- Minced garlic 1 teaspoon
- Oranges 1 piece
- Orange juice concentrate 2 tablespoons
- Snap Peas 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and orange zest, and sauté until golden, about 30 seconds.
Step 2
Trim the ends of the peas and add them to the skillet. Pour in the orange juice, cover, and cook for about 2–3 minutes until the peas are tender.
Step 3
Remove the lid and let the sauce thicken slightly for about a minute. Season with salt and pepper.
