Ingredients
- Green Peas 20 oz
- Onion ½ head
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté for a few minutes until translucent and golden.
Step 2
Add the broth and salt. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until the broth has reduced by half.
Step 3
Turn off the heat and add the remaining butter and a little black pepper. Stir and serve immediately.
