- Garlic 2 cloves
- Snap Peas 20 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Frozen green bean pods 15 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the snap peas and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the canola oil and the halved garlic cloves. Sauté until golden brown. Remove the garlic.
Step 3
Add the snap peas and thawed peas to the skillet, cooking until tender for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add the mint, sugar, and salt. Mix well and serve.
