Ingredients
- Frozen green bean pods 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled pea pods in boiling water for 5–7 minutes until tender, then transfer to ice water and dry.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the cooled peas to the sauce and mix well. Serve chilled.
