Ingredients
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste

Step 1
Finely chop the green onion.
Step 2
Mash the yolk (fresh or boiled) with mustard and sugar until smooth. While continuing to mash, gradually add the sour cream.
Step 3
Season with sugar, salt, lemon juice or citric acid, and mix in the chopped green onion.
