- Watercress 1 bunch
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Spinach 1 bunch
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chopped green onion in a skillet and sauté until softened. Add the chopped greens and cook until slightly wilted.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Pour into the skillet. Cook over medium heat until set on the bottom.
Step 3
Then place under a hot broiler for a few minutes until puffed. Serve immediately.
