Ingredients
- Quinoa 15 oz
- Spinach 2 bunches
- Romaine lettuce to taste
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Cucumbers 5 pieces
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the quinoa.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
Step 3
Slice the cucumber.
Step 4
Add the chopped avocado.
Step 5
Arrange the vegetables, spinach, and quinoa on the plate separately from each other.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Prepare a poached egg and place it in the center of the plate.
Step 8
Drizzle the bowl with the prepared sauce (soy, sesame, or honey-mustard) and gently toss to combine.
