- Bacon 2 pieces
- Shallot 1 head
- Chinese green beans 10 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 2 teaspoons

Boil the cut green beans in salted boiling water until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Meanwhile, fry the chopped bacon in a well-heated skillet over medium heat until crispy. Place on a paper towel.

In the skillet, add the finely chopped shallot and sauté for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add the vinegar, salt, and pepper.
