
Green Beans with Garlic Cream

Ingredients
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chinese green beans 20 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Natural Yogurt ½ cup
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the green beans into small diagonal pieces and steam for 6–8 minutes until tender. Transfer to ice water. Then dry well.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, minced garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 3
Add the green beans to the sauce and stir. Serve chilled.
