- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Chinese green beans 25 oz
- Peeled chestnuts 5 oz

Boil the green beans in salted boiling water for 4-6 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Pat dry.
Step 2
Heat a skillet and fry the bacon until crispy over medium heat. Place on a paper towel, let cool slightly, and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
In the skillet with the bacon drippings, add the butter, green beans, bacon, and roughly chopped chestnuts, season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
