- Green Peas 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chinese green beans 10 oz
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cut the green beans into small pieces and boil for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Bring the water to a boil again and cook the green peas until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Add to the bowl with the green beans.
Step 3
Transfer the vegetables to a pot, add the butter and water, and season with salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
