- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Chinese green beans 15 oz
- Chili Flakes ¼ teaspoon
- Water 5 fl oz
- Brussels Sprouts 25 oz
- Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Meanwhile, heat the oil and chili in a skillet over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and 0.5 teaspoons of salt and sauté for about 6 minutes.
Step 2
Add the green beans and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in the water and simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the mint. Season with salt and mix well.
Step 3
In well-salted boiling water, cook the cut green beans for about 3–4 minutes. Drain the water.
