Ingredients
- Courgette 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Sweet Red Onion 0 oz
- Spinach 0 oz

- Corn Salad 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the young zucchini and cut them into even slices about 1 cm thick. Sprinkle some flour on the table and coat the zucchini slices in it. Fry them over low heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Chop the green onion and sauté it in vegetable oil. Then add the chopped spinach, salad, bell pepper, parsley, tomatoes, and simmer the vegetable mixture for another 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Season the sautéed vegetables with pepper and salt, then pour this mixture over the zucchini and bake everything together in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Cool the zucchini and serve, sprinkled with chopped dill.
