Greek Pasta with Squid
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Squid 15 oz
- Cream 22% 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Herbs 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the squid and cut it into rings. Peel and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Pour oil into a skillet, add the garlic, followed by the squid. Sauté for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.
Step 4
Add the pasta to the skillet with the squid. Pour in the cream, stir, and cover. Cut the tomatoes in half, chop the herbs, add them to the skillet, and simmer covered for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
