- Scallops 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 2 pieces
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Black sesame seeds 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the orzo pasta in salted water until al dente (about 6 minutes).
Step 2
Sear the scallops in a skillet with sliced leeks for 3-4 minutes, add white wine and let it evaporate, then add cream, butter, and orzo pasta.
Step 3
Cook until done and to taste. Sauté the cherry tomatoes on the vine in a skillet for 2 minutes. Before serving, add cheese.
Step 4
Arrange on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with cherry tomatoes and black sesame seeds.
