- Milk 5 fl oz

- Kalamata olives 0 oz

- Rye Bread 0 oz
- Ocean salt 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with milk and season with salt.
Step 2
Wash the spinach leaves.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms and slice them.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture into a hot skillet with a metal handle and arrange the spinach and mushrooms on one half of the skillet. Place it in an oven preheated to 355°F for 10–12 minutes.
Step 5
When the omelette rises, take it out of the oven and place the skillet on the heat for a few seconds to loosen the bottom of the omelette from the pan.
Step 6
Transfer the omelet to a plate, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Garnish with a sprig of thyme. Serve with grilled bread.
