Greek Fusilli
Ingredients
- Pasta shells 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha 1 teaspoon
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
- Sumac 1 teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 2
Add the pasta and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 3
Cook until al dente according to the package instructions.
Step 4
Drain the water and mix.
Step 5
Transfer the pasta to a dish.
Step 6
Add sumac.
Step 7
Then season with the mixed peppers.
Step 8
Add the grated cheese.
Step 9
Mix and cover with a lid.
Step 10
After a couple of minutes, add the mayonnaise.

Then add the ketchup.
Step 12
Add the sriracha.
Step 13
Finely chop the olives.
Step 14
Thoroughly mix the pasta and add the olives.
Step 15
Serve immediately.
