Greek Feta Pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour 20 oz
- Lean Beef 15 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
- Ground clove ½ teaspoon
- Marinated cherries 15 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 480°F.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll out into circles with a diameter of 15 cm on a well-floured surface. Place on a large baking sheet.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with minced garlic, cinnamon, black pepper, allspice, and salt. Spread evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with oregano, finely chopped red onion, and thinly sliced cherry tomatoes.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with feta cheese and cook for another 5 minutes until everything is golden brown.
