  • Eggplants 30 oz
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Onion 10 oz
  • Mixed tomatoes of different colors 10 oz
  • Dill 1 sprig

Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Peel and wash the onion.

Slice the onion into thin rings.

Cut the cheese into 0.5 cm thick slices.

Wash the eggplants, peel them in strips leaving 1 cm intervals, and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds.

Wash the tomatoes and slice them into thin rounds.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the eggplant slices. On top of the eggplants, layer the onion rings. Next, layer the tomato slices on top of the onions. Finally, place the cheese slices on top.

Place in the preheated oven at 355°F for 40 minutes.

Let cool, then carefully separate the slices of ingredients from each other (they may deform when hot). Garnish with dill before serving.
