Greek cucumber sauce with herbs and garlic
Ingredients
- Dill 3 pieces
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt 1 cup
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cucumbers, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. If the cucumber skin is tough, peel it off.
Step 2
Wash the dill, dry it, and chop it finely.
Step 3
Grate the cucumbers on a fine grater, sprinkle with a little salt, let sit for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the excess juice.
Step 4
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
Step 5
Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the cucumber, dill, and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Step 6
Drizzle with olive oil.
