- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Ground Oats 1½ cups
- Spices to taste
- Nuts to taste

First, in a small saucepan or ladle, mix the butter and honey and melt it, stirring until the mixture is smooth.

Then add spices — vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg — to taste.
