  • Ground Oats 10 oz
  • Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Almonds 2 tablespoons
  • Brazil Nuts 0 oz
  • Ground Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Cocoa Powder 3 tablespoons
  • Hazelnut 0 oz
  • Raisins 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Balm 1 bunch
  • Honey 5 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
  • Boiling water 1 teaspoon
  • Mini Chocolate Chips 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 250°F.

Step 2

Mix the nuts, oats, salt, and cocoa powder.

Step 3

Combine the honey with water, then add to the mixture and stir in the oil. Mix until smooth.

Step 4

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 45-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Step 5

Add the lemon balm to the granola, let it cool. Add the chocolate. Transfer to clean, dry jars.
