Ingredients
- Ground Oats 15 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Honey 5 oz
- Salt a pinch

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

If the honey has crystallized or is very thick, melt it.

Add the vegetable oil.

Mix well.
