Description

In the granola recipe, you can use any type of grains, nuts, and dried fruits. Their percentage can also be adjusted according to your taste.

  • Buckwheat Groats 1 glass
  • Pearl barley 1 glass
  • Ground Oats 1 glass
  • Dried Apricots to taste
  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 1 glass
  • Raisins to taste
  • Dates to taste
  • Bananas 1 piece
  • Pears to taste
  • Apple 1 piece
  • Walnuts to taste
  • Almond to taste
  • Hazelnut to taste
  • Honey to taste
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 3 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the grains with finely chopped dried fruits and chopped nuts.

Step 2

Mix the honey, maple syrup, fruit puree, and oil into the dry mixture. The mixture should be thick and easily break into pieces. The flakes should be slightly moistened but not wet or sticky.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 295°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and brush it with vegetable oil. Spread the mixture evenly on the tray.

Step 4

Bake for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Make sure the mixture doesn't burn.

Step 5

Let the granola cool completely and then fluff it up well. Transfer it to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Step 6

Serve for breakfast with milk or yogurt.
