Gorgonzola and pear pizza on puff pastry
Ingredients
- Non-yeast Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Pears 2 pieces
- Gorgonzola Cheese 5 oz
- Mozzarella Cheese for Pizza 10 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry into a round flatbread, no more than 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Place the mozzarella on the pastry in a random order.
Step 3
Layer thinly sliced pear on top of the mozzarella.
Step 4
Scatter broken pieces of gorgonzola and peeled walnuts on top, and lightly drizzle the pizza with olive oil.
Step 5
Place the pizza on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F.
