Ingredients
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Butter 1 piece
- New Potatoes 5 oz
- Fresh Rose Hips 2 sprigs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lemon 1 piece
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the olive oil with a small piece of butter in a pan.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and fry in the oil for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3
Add the rosemary and minced garlic and fry for about 5 more minutes until cooked over high heat.
Step 4
Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
