- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 3 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Rosemary 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin, round pieces and place them in a bowl. Add softened butter, rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil, and minced garlic. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish. Cover with foil on top.
Step 3
Bake for 20 minutes, then increase the temperature to 430°F and cook for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking.
