Golden Potatoes in Brown Butter with Capers
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Butter 5 oz
- Capers 0 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs 15 fl oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the sliced potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and dry.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over low heat and cook until browned. This will take about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the capers. Cover and keep warm.
Step 4
Toss the potatoes with 3 tablespoons of the caper butter and spread them on a baking sheet. Mix the remaining butter with the breadcrumbs and spread evenly over the potatoes. Place in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt.
