Pour vegetable oil into a small pot and heat it well.

Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms by removing the stems. Crumble the cheese finely.

Fill the mushroom caps with a small amount of cheese.

Place flour, lightly beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
Step 5
Coat the mushrooms first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Carefully lower the mushrooms in batches into the heated oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
