Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder 2 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 0.6 cups
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Scallions to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk the egg with the milk.
Step 3
Combine the dry ingredients with the egg-milk mixture until a smooth batter forms.
Step 4
Thinly slice the mushrooms and dip them into the batter.
Step 5
In a pot, heat a large amount of vegetable oil.
Step 6
Carefully remove the mushrooms from the batter and drop them into the hot oil a few at a time.
Step 7
Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel.

Serve, sprinkled with chopped green onions.
